Easy Estimator Pro ("we", "us", or "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a general statement — your contractor's specific practices may differ; contact them directly with questions.
You provide your name, contact details (email, phone, address), and project information when you create an account, fill out a profile, or interact with your contractor through estimates, messages, photos, and shared documents. We also collect information you record (audio walk-throughs, photos, notes) and technical data such as login sessions and usage patterns needed to operate the app.
Your project information is shared only with the contractor and team members you interact with, and with customers or partners you explicitly invite through a share. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers we use to operate the app (such as hosting, email, and AI) may process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your projects and data, or close your account, by contacting your contractor or the platform. Removing a project or record deletes the associated information stored in the app.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may edit your profile and contact details at any time. You control whether your contractor profile is listed publicly. You may decline to share projects or estimates with specific people.
