These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Estimator Pro ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. This is a general statement provided by the platform; your contractor may have additional terms for specific services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You may use the app for lawful business purposes related to estimating, project management, and customer communication. You agree not to misuse the service, upload content you do not have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt or access systems you are not authorized to use.
You retain ownership of the projects, estimates, recordings, photos, and other content you create or upload. You grant the app a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and share it with the people you authorize.
Estimates, transcriptions, and proposals generated with AI are drafts and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before relying on or sharing it.
Any invoices, deposits, or payments handled through the app are processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts you charge and for complying with applicable tax and contracting laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates, schedules, or AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
